Techbuddy is a Swedish Startup based in Stockholm, Barcelona ,Tel Aviv, and
Munich. We offer technical support and education, either on-site or remotely -
and currently, we are growing in Germany. Our business model is based on the
direct sale of tech-related services through our own application and website, but
at the same time we operate with major companies in the telecommunications
and retail sectors
The TechBuddy’s team continues to grow! As Community Lead you
will have an exciting opportunity to join our operations team for the German
market expansion, and ensure the fulfillment of its main goal from the very first
service: the customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Maintain day-to-day operations
- Track on operational performance and report on country and global forums
- Coordinate tasks between clients and Buddies (our technicians)
- Define, monitor and follow up on operational procedures and parameters to improve efficiency and quality
- Interact with customers, buddies and suppliers, answer questions and resolve issues.
- Lead the onboarding process, and build up a thriving buddy community
- Support the launch of new products and services in Germany
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Operations, B2C/ecom services or similar
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy / Passion for tech
- Native German
- High level of English written and spoken
