Techbuddy is a Swedish Startup based in Stockholm, Barcelona, Tel Aviv, and Munich. We offer technical support and education, either on-site or remotely. Our business model is based on the direct sales of tech-related services through our own application and website, but at the same time we operate with major companies in the telecommunications and retail sectors.
To strengthen our growing team in Germany, we are recruiting a Customer Success Agent. The role is based in our office in Barcelona, but will focus on interacting with and serving our clients in Germany. As a specific project and part of the scope, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the digitalization of schools, by establishing relationships to schools, providing initial consultation / need assessments and the adequate services through our buddy community.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails and chat
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Coordination of Leads
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Monitor, document, and alert developing trends in customer calls
- Identify structural improvement areas and propose resolutions to supervisors
What we are looking for:
- Service-minded: Being service-minded includes being responsive to the customer’s needs and to respond to them in the best possible way. This also means creating and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center Operations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Native German
- High level of English written and spoken
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy / Passion for tech
